Own herd of Iberian pigs
At Don Ibérico we have our own herd of Iberian pigs raised free-range in the pastures of Castilla y León and Extremadura.
Our care and monitoring of animals allows us to maintain high quality in all our products, which stand out for their unique sensory characteristics.
Handicraft work
We work by combining traditional techniques with the latest technological innovations to offer an outstanding product.
Each of our hams and shoulders are individually identified with bar codes, guaranteeing, in detail, the production process and ensuring the complete traceability of the product .
Furthermore, all our sausages are controlled by batches assigned to each campaign, allowing the quality control technical services to exhaustively and continuously monitor the production process.
Our wineries
With a privileged microclimate, marked by long, cold winters and short summers, our hams spend more than 4 years on average in our cellars , maturing what over time will be a unique flavor.
During this time, master craftsmen ensure that the specifications are met. optimal humidity and temperature conditions .
Slow maturation in our natural cellars transforms the pieces until they achieve the texture, aromas, nuances and flavours that make our products, and especially our ham, jewels of our gastronomy.

All Don Ibérico products are certified by Calicer, a company accredited by ENAC, which ensures compliance with the requirements established by the Iberian Standard .
