HOW TO STORE HAMS AND SHOULDERS?
-
Our hams are sent at the right point for consumption, but that doesn't mean they can't last up to 1 or even 2 months (if they're not exposed to too much heat) without starting. However, it's best to keep it hanging or in the ham holder and without the cover in which we send it, so that the ham can breathe and warm up until it's consumed.
- Once you have started, it is advisable to cut it every day, even if it is just a little, because otherwise the piece will dry out and lose all the properties related to flavour, smell, aroma and texture. When you no longer want to cut it, we recommend wrapping the piece in transparent paper so that it is not in contact with the air and placing a kitchen cloth on top so that it is not exposed to light, but keep in mind that even after a month, the ham will lose its properties.

HOW TO STORE SLICED PIECES AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
- In the fridge It's the best, and Take out the envelopes the day before to eat them so that they are tempered, but if you can't hold out that long we have a little trick , open the tap hot water and put the envelope underneath, 1 5 seconds on each side and that's it! Outside the refrigerator they can last 1 or 2 months, in the refrigerator they last 8 or 9 almost as if they were freshly cut.

HOW TO STORE SAUSAGES?
- If unopened, refrigerate. Once opened It is best to keep it outside because if you put it back in it will lose its characteristic texture. Leave it outside in a cool place and cover it with a cloth. When you are ready to eat it, remove the first (thin) slice, which will be more oxidized, and that's it! Or order our halves so that while you eat half, you can keep the other half in the fridge!
HOW TO TASTE?
Being one top quality natural product , the best way coincides with the simplest of all: We recommend tasting it alone , cut into thin slices and in the case of ham that do not exceed 3 centimeters in length, ideally the product should be at room temperature, 22-24º , since if you eat it directly from the refrigerator, if it has already been sliced by our professionals, the product will lose much of its properties in terms of flavour, smell, aroma and texture, while if it is stored at very high temperatures, these qualities could be negatively affected, causing premature degradation of the product.
For those who cannot resist, we also recommend tasting it with breadsticks or fresh, good quality bread.
