Shipping policy

At Monjamón y Más, we want you to enjoy our Iberian products with total convenience. That's why we offer a clear shipping policy tailored to your needs.

National Shipments (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal):

  • Free 48/72h shipping for orders over €25!
  • Option to choose Express 24/48h shipping depending on weight. Prices adjusted accordingly.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Any customs-related expenses will be borne by the buyer, shipments from €5 depending on weight.

Exceptions to Consider for National Shipments:

  • Inpost does not accept the shipment of whole pieces.
  • Any shipment containing glass will be sent by Correos, regardless of the selected shipping method.
  • Any cash-on-delivery shipment will be made through Nacex, regardless of the selected shipping method.

Shipments to Other Countries:

  • Free shipping for orders over €150/250 in zones 1 and 2.
  • For smaller orders, we will try to adjust the price as much as possible, and whenever possible, we will give you the option to choose standard (7-15 days) or express (2-3 days) shipping.
  • We cannot be held responsible for ANY delays due to customs in the receiving country.

Exceptions:

  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Liechtenstein: These countries apply customs tariffs to the import of meat products. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the customs authorities.
  • If, in the country to which the product is sent, there is a customs transit that involves expenses for the product or for administrative procedures, these expenses will be borne by the customer.

Special Orders:

  • Shipments to other destinations: If you need a shipment to a country not included in our standard rates, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you a personalized solution.
  • If you need to send a larger quantity, please talk to us and we will try to find another type of shipment.
