What is Premium 2 Montaneras?

Not everyone can boast of having double-aged hams .

Some of our pigs are twice as old as the standard, and because of that they spend twice as long in montanera, 2 montaneras, twice as much acorn-fed as a normal ham... Can you imagine a 200% acorn-fed ham ? Well, we have it for you.

For very little, you can be amazed by twice the quality .

What is slicing?

How to Store and Consume Sliced Pieces and How Long Do They Last?

In the fridge is the best, and take the packets out the day before eating them so they can warm up, but if you can't stand it for that long we have a little trick, open the hot water tap and put the packet underneath, 15 seconds on each side and that's it! Outside the fridge they can last 1 or 2 months, in the fridge they last 8 or 9 almost as if they were freshly cut.

How to Store Sausages?

If it is unopened, put it in the fridge. Once opened, it is best to keep it outside, as if you put it away again it will lose its characteristic texture. Leave it outside, in a cool place and cover it with a cloth. When you are ready to eat it, remove the first (thin) slice, which will be more oxidised, and that's it! Or order our halves so that while you eat half, you can keep the other in the fridge!

You just have to choose your subscription type and payment method and between 24 and 48 hours later you will receive it at home ready to consume.

How much does a ham subscription cost ?

The price is €50 if you sign up month to month . Keep in mind that the value of the products included in Monjamón Plus will always exceed €75. That means you will always save €15 (at least!)

Sabroso pero seco

Como el pasado año por estas fechas, esta vez mejor. El jamón está muy sabroso, pero demasiado seco. Ni siquiera rezuma grasa de un corte al siguiente. Quizás todo sea porque es algo pequeño, seis kilos y pico, pero hace unos años, los primeros, estaban estupendos.
