    • 100 ml of white wine
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 60 grams of Iberian pork fat

    • 200 grams of sliced ​​Iberian chorizo
    • 200 grams of sliced ​​Iberian ham
    • 3 hard-boiled eggs
    • 1 beaten egg to paint the dough
