Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of rustic bread
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 100 g of Iberian ham , cut into small pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to decorate

Instructions:

  1. Bread Preparation:

    • Toast the bread slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
